Embroidery
Embroidery provides a distinctive look that can be done on a large range of clothing and products including towels, bags, hats and scarves.
Our current embroidery machine delivers a high-quality finish that’s hard wearing; the embroidery will often outlast the life of the garment itself.
Machine embroidery is a multi-step process with many variables that impact the quality of the final product, including the type of fabric to be embellished, design size, stabilizer choice and type of thread used. Why choose embroidery?Embroidery can be applied to most garments, from polos and caps, to corporate shirts and suits. The embroidery thread we use is a high-grade polyester that is durable and will withstand hundreds of washes. On top of that, we have a huge selection of coloured thread, so we can match most colours to the embroidery thread ensuring your branding is seamless.Embroidery is the best choice for small orders of business shirts, work polos, jackets and headwear.Logo and text need to be digitised to convert them into embroidery format files that our software can process.We need a high quality file of your logo/artwork (JPG, BMP, PDF, etc) to digitise it properly.Set up costs may be more expensive for small orders, and is not ideal for large designs.Embroidery is not suitable for designs with fine details and many colours.

Vinyl Lettering
Digitally printed and applied to the garment using high heat, vinyl printing produces vivid colours, crisp lines and a spectacular finish.
Heat Transfer is the printing method of applying specialty vinyls to garments through a heat press. This vinyl can be applied as a single layer or it can be layered for complex designs.
Vinyl transfers can be used to print designs onto surfaces where the usual methods are not able to reach, like a hat. They produce high-quality results on almost any kind of fabric. Choose from a wide range of colours, and have numbers or lettering cut out using our digital vinyl plotter. We can also provide special colour finishes: gloss, metallic, reflective, fluoro and even glitter.
For a design with multiple colours, a digitally printed transfer is ideal. Digital prints also allow for reproduction on darker coloured clothing. The modern super stretch materials are bonded to the product and maintain their colour and glossy appearance for the life of the garment. How vinyl heat transfer works:

- Firstly, your artwork is checked by our team to ensure it can be processed by our vinyl cutter.
- The coloured vinyl you pick is loaded onto the machine, and it perfectly scores the design.
- The cut design is then manually 'weeded' (unnecessary parts, like negative space and insides of letters, are removed) before it is pressed with an industrial heat press to permanently fix the design to your garment.

Sew On Labels
Why are our woven sew on clothing labels so special?

Iron On Labels
A cheaper alternative if you have more items to name.
Standard size iron-on clothing labels are the best labels for kids in primary school and the elderly in aged care. The larger size with clear text on a white background ensures that clothing is easily identifiable and returned to its owner if lost. Of course, if you would like something smaller you can try our mini iron-on labels. They also help kids to identify their own belongings where school uniforms can so easily get mixed up. Less worry about losing things makes for happy school kids (and parents).
Clothing labels are made from a durable polyester material that stretchs with the clothing and has an extremely strong bonding agent on the back that is activated with the heat from your iron. Once applied, these labels will stay put through the wash and the tumble dryer. Tested in commercial washing conditions used in aged care facilities, we know they work.
